 Official Downtime Policy -- 9/13/2008 5:00:00 PM

Dear Macrocrafter Customers,
The following is our official Downtime policy. Software updates will be made in response to patches as soon as they occur, to the best of our ability. We will extended licenses for the duration of the downtime, with the following caveat: the first three days of downtime after any patch will *not* be applied as an extension. This includes any patches that occur during the downtime period. Any downtime that occurs in excess of 3 days past a patch will be added as an extension, in one-week increments, rounded up.
This policy will give us some leeway on getting the updates out. The first update in a new cycle will of course be patched asap, but should another update come within two or three days of the last, then I will very likely wait a day or two for the smoke to clear before I begin updating again.

Thanks to the few of you who abused this feature, Anonymous (Guest) posting has been disabled for all support forums except the Website support forum (which is to be used ONLY for support with the website). When you log in, make sure you check the 'Save As Cookie' checkbox so that it keeps you signed in.
