When posting a problem, please include the following information in your initial post:

1. Windows Version (please also indicate 32 bit or 64 bit)
2. Processor type / speed
3. Amount of RAM
4. Brand and model of Video Card (including amount of video RAM and current Video driver version if you know them)
5. Brand and model of Sound Card
6. Whether you play EQ2 on Test server or Live server

Please be as detailed as possible when explaining the problem you're having. Here are some general suggestions:

1. Include specific steps to reproduce the error if possible.
2. Include the exact text of any error messages you're getting (include a screenshot when possible).

The more detail we have up front, the faster we'll be able to solve any support issues you're having.
